Find Your Way
Back to Brighter Days

Bright Sun Therapy is a group psychotherapy practice providing treatment for teens and adults experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.

Safe Space

Everyone deserves a safe, welcoming space where they can feel heard and understood without judgment. We provide compassionate support for anxiety, panic attacks, depression, mood-related concerns, and the emotional challenges that can make daily life feel overwhelming.

Supportive Care

Life can bring experiences that are difficult to navigate alone, including trauma, post-traumatic stress, grief, and loss. We offer supportive care that helps you process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop healthy ways to manage stress and emotional challenges.

Growth & Hope

Change can be difficult, but it can also create opportunities for healing and personal growth. Whether you're navigating relationship difficulties or adjusting to a major life change, we work together to build greater self-awareness, resilience, confidence, and hope for the future.

You don't have to go
through this alone

The first session gives you time to explain what has been happening and allows your clinician to learn about your current concerns and relevant history. You can also ask questions about the clinician’s experience and approach. By the end of the appointment, you will discuss what the next steps may look like.

Small steps can lead to meaningful change

Progress doesn’t have to happen all at once—small, intentional steps can create meaningful change over time. With compassionate support and a focus on what matters most to you, you can build greater confidence, resilience, and hope for the future.
